OSTKÜSTE - Villa Staudt Design Apartments - Heringsdorf

This historic villa from 1873 is beautifully situated in Heringsdorf, on a small hill directly in front of Europes longest beach promenade. OSTKÜSTE - Villa Staudt Design Apartments is just metres from Heringsdorf pier and the town centre, here on the island of Usedom.

The German emperor Wilhelm II was invited here for tea every year between 1909 and 1912. Nowadays the property boasts 16 light-flooded, spacious, fully-lofted lofts, 2-room and maisonette apartments. The interiors feature historical treasures, such as the original posters of the 1972 Olympic Games held in Munich.

The apartments range in size from 40 m² to 130 m², and are charmingly equipped with classic contemporary design and a large number of beautiful furniture pieces. Most of the apartments have a lovely Baltic Sea view, whereas the others enjoy evening sunshine and a view of Heringsdorfs historic park.
