Hotel B1 welcomes you to a quiet side street in the Kaulsdorf district of Berlin. Located near the B1B5 federal highway, the A10 motorway is approximately a 10-minute drive away.

Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available directly at the hotel.

The hotel comprises two buildings: the main building with reception and breakfast room (Am Niederfeld 7) and the annex, a charming historic building located directly on the B1B5 (Alt-Kaulsdorf 18).

Our reception is open Monday to Friday from 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm.

We also offer flexible check-in options: You can check in daily at the self-check-in terminal from 3:00 pm until 9:00 am the following day. Alternatively, you can check in via smartphone – your smartphone will then serve as your room key.

All rooms are non-smoking and feature a flat-screen TV with international channels, windows that open, a wardrobe, a bedside table, and a private bathroom with a shower.

Weather permitting, you can also enjoy your breakfast or an evening drink in the garden.

The Berlin-Kaulsdorf S-Bahn station is about a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute bus ride away. From there, you can travel directly to Berlins city center.

A restaurant, an indoor playground (Monkey Town) for children, and the Kaulsdorf Lakes are also located in the immediate vicinity.

You can purchase the Berlin WelcomeCard at reception, which allows you to use public transportation and offers discounts on attractions in Berlin.

Secure bicycle parking with charging facilities for e-bikes will be available from March 2026.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Guests arriving outside check-in hours, and on bank holidays or weekends, are required to check in via the check-in terminal. Guests will receive check-in instructions by email before arrival.
